Check-in begins after 3:00 p.m., and standard checkout is before 10:00 a.m.
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. Early check-in and late checkout requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.
Confirmed Lake and Wellness packages include complimentary checkout at 1:00 p.m., subject to housekeeping availability. The extended checkout time is not guaranteed until confirmed by Wedowee Villas.
Occupancy
Please reserve the villa for the correct number of guests.

Children are welcome, but they must remain under responsible adult supervision—particularly near the lake, dock, stairs, terraces, firepit, and grills.
Events, Smoking and Noise
Events and parties are not permitted.
Smoking is not permitted inside the villas. Please be considerate of neighboring guests and keep noise at a respectful level.
Pets
Pet limits differ by villa:
Villa 1: One pet, up to 50 pounds
Villa 2: Up to two dogs, each under 50 pounds
Villa 3: Up to two pets, each under 50 pounds
Villa 4: Up to two pets, each under 50 pounds
Please include pets in the reservation and review any applicable pet fees or requirements during booking.
Lakefront Areas
All four Villas provide lakefront access, a private deck, access to the shared firepit, and access to the floating dock. Villas 2–4 use the catwalk leading to the dock.
Lake conditions, water depth, visibility, and shoreline conditions can change. Please use the dock, catwalk, decks, stairs, and shoreline carefully.
Children and non-swimmers should remain under direct adult supervision near the water. Appropriate life jackets should be used for boating, tubing, paddling, and other water activities.
Weather
Please monitor local weather during your stay. Leave the lake, dock, and exposed outdoor areas when thunderstorms or severe weather approach.
If weather or lake conditions affect an outdoor package activity, the activity provider will first attempt to move it to a safer time later that day or reschedule it during the stay. If rescheduling is unavailable, Wedowee Villas and the provider will work with the guest to determine an appropriate alternative.
Weather affecting one activity does not automatically cancel or refund the Villa stay, completed activities, or unaffected package components.

Grills and Shared Firepit
Grills and the communal firepit should be used only as intended. Never leave a flame unattended, supervise children closely, and fully extinguish fires after use.

Lake and Wellness packages are available for select two-, three-, and four-night stays. Published package prices are starting prices based on four guests unless otherwise stated.
Additional guests, children, longer stays, and optional add-ons may change the final package price. Villa lodging, cleaning fees, applicable taxes, gratuities, fuel, refundable deposits, and optional add-ons are separate unless expressly included in the final written proposal.

Experience-package payments and add-ons become nonrefundable seven days before check-in. Cancellations made more than seven days before check-in may be refunded, less any nonrefundable vendor charges already incurred.
Final guest counts, activity arrangements, and requested add-ons must be confirmed by the seven-day deadline. Changes requested within seven days of arrival remain subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
Removing a guest, activity, or unused package component after the nonrefundable deadline does not guarantee a refund.
The Villa reservation remains subject to the separate lodging cancellation terms displayed during booking or included in the final proposal.
Breakfast Credits
The number of included breakfast credits depends on the selected package length and the number and ages of paying guests. Two-night packages include one breakfast credit per paying guest, three-night packages include two, and four-night packages include three.
Breakfast credits are valid only during the confirmed stay at Wake & Shake. Credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged for cash. Unused amounts expire at checkout.
Guests are responsible for spending above the authorized credit amount and for any applicable gratuity. Final credit amounts and redemption instructions will be included in the confirmed package proposal..
Watercraft and Lakefront Activities
Boat, jet-ski, kayak, paddleboard, tubing, and other water-based activities must be used responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws, posted rules, and vendor instructions.
Before operating a rented boat or jet ski, the designated operator must satisfy the rental provider’s age, driver’s-license or identification, safety-video, and waiver requirements. Guests may not operate watercraft while impaired or permit an unauthorized person to operate it.
Boat and jet-ski rentals include the safety equipment specified by the vendor. Adult life jackets are provided for applicable rentals. Guests requiring children’s or specialty-size life jackets should request them before arrival and confirm availability.
Boat rentals include an anchor and one pullable tube, subject to rental availability and vendor terms.
Boat rentals require a $150 refundable fuel deposit. Guests must return the boat with a full fuel tank. If the boat is returned full, the deposit will be refunded. If refueling is required, the vendor will deduct the refueling cost and return the remaining balance.
Applicable state, county, and local taxes, fuel, and optional delivery or captain services are separate from the advertised package price unless specifically included in the guest’s final written proposal. Refundable deposits are collected separately.

Certain activities or venues may have age restrictions or require additional waivers. Participation requirements will be communicated before the package is finalized.
SUP activities are limited to five participants unless otherwise confirmed by the provider. SUP boards are included with the applicable SUP experience.
Tournament-Stay Parking
Boat, trailer, tow-vehicle, and guest-vehicle parking must be requested and confirmed in advance.
Parking capacity and assignments depend on vehicle and trailer dimensions, Villa occupancy, and total property availability. Guests may not block driveways, neighboring properties, shared access areas, or emergency routes.
Tournament Stay pricing covers lodging and the arrangements expressly included in the final written quote. Tournament registration, fishing services, boats, equipment, licenses, fuel, transportation, and ramp fees are not included.
Villa 4 Accessibility
Villa 4 offers accessibility-oriented features, including ramps and spacious walk-in showers with safety bars.

Please treat the Villa, furnishings, appliances, and outdoor areas with care. Report accidental damage or maintenance concerns promptly so we can assist.
Guest Experience Package Policies
Package Confirmation
All activities, breakfast arrangements, add-ons, and special requests are subject to availability and final confirmation.
An inquiry does not reserve a Villa, confirm an activity, or guarantee a package. The package is confirmed only after Wedowee Villas verifies availability, provides the final written proposal, and receives the required payment.
Pricing and Guest Counts
Published Lake and Wellness package prices are starting prices based on four guests unless otherwise stated.
Final pricing depends on the selected stay length, number and ages of guests, and optional add-ons. Villa lodging, cleaning fees, applicable taxes, gratuities, fuel, refundable deposits, and add-ons are separate unless expressly included in the final written proposal.
Final guest counts, activity arrangements, and requested add-ons must be confirmed seven days before arrival. Later changes remain subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
Package Cancellations
Experience packages and add-ons become nonrefundable seven days before check-in.
Cancellations made more than seven days before check-in may be refunded, less any nonrefundable vendor charges already incurred.
Villa lodging cancellations remain subject to the separate cancellation terms displayed during booking or included in the final written proposal.
Weather and Activity Changes
If weather affects an outdoor activity, the provider will first attempt to move it to a safer time later that day or reschedule it during the stay.
If rescheduling is unavailable, Wedowee Villas and the provider will work with the guest to determine an appropriate alternative.
Weather affecting one activity does not automatically cancel or refund the Villa stay, completed activities, or unaffected package components.
Vendor and Participation Requirements
Independent vendors may impose separate age, identification, licensing, safety, participation, and waiver requirements.
Guests must comply with all provider instructions and applicable laws.
Package Late Checkout
Confirmed Lake and Wellness packages include complimentary 1:00 p.m. checkout, subject to housekeeping availability.
Late checkout is not guaranteed until included in the final package confirmation.
